Everything you need —
in one place

One specialist handles your case from the first document to a positive decision. No queues, no stress, no guesswork.

Temporary residence

We’ll prepare and submit your temporary residence card application (1–3 years). We’ll review your situation and choose the right legal basis — work, family, studies or other.

Permanent residence

Analysis of the conditions and full handling of your permanent residence card application. We’ll tell you honestly whether you already qualify — and what to do to get there.

New card — on time

Is your permit expiring? We’ll file a new application well in advance so you stay legal the whole time. The procedure is the same as for the first card — the key is not to miss the deadline.

Document preparation

A precise checklist and verification of every document: contract, income, insurance, address. Don’t waste time in a queue only to hear that something is missing.

Status tracking

We monitor the progress of your case at the office and keep you updated in real time. You always know what stage your application is at — no calls, no waiting.

Refusal & appeal

Got a refusal decision? We analyse the reasons and prepare an effective appeal or an alternative route. Not all is lost — it’s often not the end.

Passport recovery

Lost your passport or had it stolen? We’ll guide you through the entire document recovery procedure at the Ukrainian consulate — step by step.

Passport replacement

Passport expired or damaged? We’ll take care of the whole replacement procedure — from booking the appointment to collecting your new document.

Consulate appointment

We’ll book your consulate appointment and prepare the complete set of required documents. No waiting months for a free slot.

Filling out forms

We’ll complete all questionnaires and forms correctly — in Ukrainian or Polish. No mistakes that set your case back by weeks.

Travel without a passport

No valid document but you need to leave or return? We’ll advise what options you have and how to act safely in this situation.

Delays & interventions

The experience
of our clients

Hundreds of cases solved. See what clients who trusted us have to say.

I thought a residence card was something terrifying — piles of paperwork, queues, incomprehensible language. With Perfect Group it was a completely different story. They explained everything in Ukrainian, gathered the documents and filed the application. Three months later, I had the card in my hand.

I exchanged my Ukrainian driving licence for a Polish one — it took 3 weeks. I thought it was impossible that fast. They stayed in touch the whole time. I didn’t have to do anything myself — just provide the documents. Highly recommend!

KRAKOW · Driving licence

I got a refusal from the office and didn’t know what to do next. I called Perfect Group — they said it wasn’t the end. They wrote an appeal, explained my case, and two months later the decision was positive. I don’t know what I’d have done without them.

FAQ —
short and to the point

We answer questions about legalising your stay in Poland to make the process easier for you.
Can I change employer during the legalisation procedure?
+
Yes, it’s possible — but only once during the procedure, and it requires updating the application and formally notifying the office. If you do it yourself without a specialist’s knowledge, you may lose your legal basis of stay. Get in touch — we’ll handle the process safely.
How do I correctly count days under visa-free travel?
+
Visa-free travel means 90 days within any 180-day period, counted backwards from today. Every day of entry and exit counts. A mistake can cost you an entry ban to the Schengen area. We’ll help you calculate it precisely.
A residence card — do I really need one?
+
If you’re staying in Poland longer than your visa or visa-free travel allows — yes, it’s required. Without it you risk a fine, deportation and an entry ban. Consult us — we’ll check your current status and exactly what you should do.
Can I get a PESEL without permanent registration?
+
Yes. Ukrainian citizens under temporary protection can get a PESEL without permanent registration. In other cases registration is sometimes required — we’ll check your case and choose the right path.
How long does it take to exchange a driving licence for a Polish one?
+
Usually 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the office and whether consular verification is required. With our help the procedure runs more smoothly — we know what each stage requires and how to avoid delays.
Can I get a criminal record certificate from Ukraine without travelling?
+
Yes! We help obtain this document remotely, without you having to leave Poland. It usually takes 2–3 weeks. Get in touch — we’ll explain step by step what’s needed.
What should I do when the office hasn’t responded for months?
+
You have the right to file a reminder (ponaglenie) — a formal letter obliging the office to act within a set deadline. If that doesn’t help, you can file a complaint with the administrative court. We’ll guide you through both routes.
Do you only serve Ukrainians?
+
No — we help all foreigners in Poland: Ukrainians, Belarusians, Georgians and others. We work in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English. If you’re not sure whether we can help in your case — call us, the first consultation is free.
